If you currently have a Pro or Premium subscription and would like todowngrade it, the first thing you'll need to do is cancel your current Pro or Premium subscription.
Depending on your plan you still will be able to access all features provided by that plan until the end of your billing period. We recommend you tocheck your payment billing info under Account Settings > Plans & Billing > Billing first before downgrading.
