How do I manage my billing&payments?

Managing your billing information

Your bills are paid using your primary payment method. Available payment methods include credit card and Paypal. Your credit card needs to allow for recurring payments.

View your upcoming bill

You can view any  charges that will be included in your upcoming bills in the Billing settings page in your Connectter account.

Steps:

1.    Fromyour Connectter account settings,click Settings > Plans & Billing.

2.    In the Billing section,click View details.

2.    In the Billing section,under Past Invoices, see Viewall billing history.

Payment methodsfor your Connectter Account

Depending on which region you are in, you can use the following payment methods to pay your Connectter subscription.

Credit card

You can pay for your Connectter(one-time or recurring) using a valid credit card or co-branded credit-debit card from Mastercard, Visa, or American Express. Your credit card needs toallow for recurring payments. You canalso pay with Paypal only if it is allowed in your country of residence.

PayPal

You can pay for your Connectter subscription(one-time or recurring) using PayPal. When you pay for your bills using PayPal, you can use PayPal balance, bank accounts, debit cards, or credit cards that are associated with your PayPal account.

Update your billing information

Your billing information includes your credit card number and your billing address. Ifyou need to update your billing information, then you can access it from the Settings menuin your Connectter account settings. AccountSettings > Plans Methods.

 

All of the fees charged by Connectter are recurring payments rather they are monthly, quarterlyor yearly. Recurring payments occur on a regular cycle.
